My name is Yan Ivanov. I am a certified RMT Mindfulness Coach specializing in personal optimization. I assist my clients in finding clarity on challenges ranging from personal relationships to self-improvement.

I base my sessions on my training as an RMT Life Coach and my experience studying and practicing in Buddhist monasteries from California to Nepal. Our sessions will encompass mindfulness and meditation approaches alongside strategic coaching interventions.

During our sessions, I will create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your feelings, clarify your needs, and leave with practical strategies to overcome barriers. By combining coaching methodologies with a regular meditation practice, you will step into a better you.

I warmly welcome clients of all ages and genders. I look forward to fostering your connection with your mind and supporting you in navigating any of your challenges.

Free 15-Minute Consultation. This call is an open space to clarify expectations and determine whether we’re a good fit to work together. It’s a no-pressure introduction designed to help you gain insight into how coaching can support your personal growth, emotional well-being, and other goals. I will ask you what you want to work through. This can be anything related to personal development, emotional betterment, assistance in decision-making, or simply sharing anything that is bothering you in your personal life or at work. The consultation is completely free, allowing you to experience a glimpse of what coaching with me looks like before making any commitments.

1-Hour Session. A 1-hour online Life coaching session offers a focused and supportive space where we dive deeper into your personal goals and challenges. Here, I will guide you towards deeper self-awareness and mindfulness of your emotional cycles that create the experiences in your life that you want to let go of. I will foster a space of understanding that will allow us to further explore your human needs, where they are not being met, and how we can create a more fulfilling life for you. We will explore your life through presence, awareness, and openness. Then, create actionable steps, including a daily meditation practice, that you can apply to move forward with clarity and confidence.
